What is The Caregivers Marketplace™? The Caregivers Marketplace is the nation’s first free program specifically designed to offer cash back on products not typically covered by insurance or Medicare. We work with leading manufacturers to negotiate cash back on carefully selected products and services that you need to keep your loved one well cared for, healthy and most importantly, home. Products eligible for cash back include nutrition, digestive health, incontinence, bathing and skin care, and aids for daily living. We do not sell products. We simply make it possible for you to receive cash back on products you may already buy and use.

What's the Catch? If Caregivers Marketplace is free to caregivers, who is paying for the program? The product manufacturers that offer cash back through Caregivers Marketplace pay us to participate. You are never charged any fee to participate in our program and receive cash back.

What is your privacy policy? We will not sell, lend or rent names or personal information under any circumstances. The identity of our members will remain private and confidential at all times. Our privacy policy makes that perfectly clear.

How can I join Caregivers Marketplace, and what does it cost? You simply enroll online to get a savings number (just like a grocery store savings card), and it is absolutely free. Or, simply select the cash back form button above and print your first form. Once you submit a request, a savings number will be assigned and you can take advantage of the Caregivers Marketplace cash back program every time you buy eligible products, wherever you purchase them.

Do I have to be a caregiver to enroll? No. We have designed Caregivers Marketplace with family caregivers in mind, but anyone who purchases caregiving products for himself or herself, or a loved one, can enroll in and use the program. Our program is truly for everyone who gives, gets or needs care.

Am I required to enroll online? No. However, enrolling online does reduce the processing time for your first cash back check and minimize the opportunity for errors during the data entry process. You will receive your savings number via email, along with instructions regarding how to get cash back. Or simply print the cash back request form now and submit it through the mail. Your savings number will be assigned when your request is processed.

What do I do if I lose my savings number? Email us at contactus@caregiversmarketplace.com or write us at 8801 West Heather Avenue, Milwaukee,Wisconsin 53224. Include your name and address, and we will send your savings number.

How does this program work? Whenever you purchase any of the eligible products, wherever they are sold, save your original sales receipts. When you have collected a minimum of five eligible products, fill out the cash back request form, attach the original receipts and send them in. (Don't forget to keep a copy of the form and receipts for yourself.) You'll receive a cash back check in 4-6 weeks.

Where can I purchase products that are eligible for cash back? Click on the button above labeled official retail outlets. Or, when you search for a product under eligible products, click on “Where to Buy” when you see it below a description of an eligible product.

What if I do not have five different products to submit for cash back? Each cash back request form must list a minimum of five products, but they do not have to be different products. You can submit for any combination of products or any number of one product.

Is there a maximum number of times I can request cash back? No. There is no limit to the number of times you can request cash back. We encourage you to submit requests regularly. The more you request, the more you save. We do reserve the right to limit quantities to normal household consumption. No group, organizational or institutional cash back requests can be honored.

What if I do not have the original receipts? We are sorry, but we cannot provide cash back for a product without an original receipt.

Can I submit photocopies of the original cash back request form? Yes. You can photocopy the original cash back request form or the form you receive with each cash back check issued. And remember, you can also print a blank cash back request form by clicking on cash back form above.

Can Caregivers Marketplace help me find someone to assist me with my caregiving needs? No, but you can click the Resources & Links section pages of this Web site for support organizations and caregiving resources.
